The primary mission of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is to facilitate the academic experience of students enrolled in the University, from registration to graduation.
OUR is responsible for keeping all student records (past and present); and for providing the secretariat to the University's Senate. It also supports the following activities: maintenance and publication of curricula; class and examination timetabling; new student registration; course enrolment; examination administration; commencement; and issue of official academic transcripts and degree scrolls. Additionally, OUR oversees student systems and projects, and rolls out new student systems as well as enhancements to students services and systems.
